NRIs eminating from Nalgonda have expressed great interest for the district to reach new heights with greenery and forestation.

With a vision in hand and no practical solution in sight to make the and district to change and continue the downward spiral a few of the young persisting and entrepreneurial Nalgonda.Org members have come forward to seek a solution in making this happen.

Nalgonda.Org member Sridhar Reddy Donthiri has taken great pains to reach out to the administration of the District especially the Collector Mr. Purushotham Reddy and the District Forest Officials.

The objective is to provide a sense of place, a gateway to each of these villages and a community of pride with trees. The intent is to make villages and people to grow with trees and reap the benefits of that growth.

There are over forty villages adapted so far by Nalgonda.Org members. Nalgonda.Org sponsor will provide for the maintenance of the trees for a two year period.

TWO Kilometers on each side of the Road leading to every village will be planted with fast growing trees. In addition, Bus stops, Gram Panchayat offices, Schools and Parks are eligible for this project.
